- Local Delivery
- Delivery date will be within 5 working days. All local deliveries are made by a local Courier Agency and delivery time cannot be fixed as it is solely dependent on teh Courier Agency.
- Overseas Delivery
- Overseas Delivery will be with 15 working days. We try our very best to make prompt deliveries. However during public holidays and festive seasons, the delivery might be slightly delayed. We hope to have your understanding.
- Urgent Delivery Request
- If you require urgent delivery, please contact us using the Contact Us form specifying your delivery request. We will let you know the shipping cost based on your urgent request once we follow up with the Courier Service provider.
- Exchange Policy
- Within 7 working days from the date of receipt, if the goods delievered are not the one you have ordered, we will exchange for the correct items in the case of wrong item arrived.
- Upon arriving, if the goods delievered are found to be defective or damaged. We will replaced with the same items.
